Hey guys, this link below- are these headlights probably good to go? I saw that the factory ones are over $200 for a pair, I'm wondering why these are half the price. Either way, I need new ones pretty badly.
I might be willing to let mine go here soon in the next 1-2 months. I'm thinking of getting halo projectors or OEM SE headlights and don't need stock ones floating around. Keep in mind though, it'll still be a while probably.
Otherwise, those ebay lights should be good.

So my best option, really, is to go with the $200+ 'real deal' ones from the dealership or online? Thanks for the info guys, even if it's not what I wanted to hear! lol

There is a reason why OEM ones cost more and aftermarket headlights are so cheap.
If you want OEM ones, either pay $200+ from dealership or look on eBay for used headlights. People tend to sell single headlights because they either wrecked their car or got aftermarket ones and are selling their OEM headlights.
You can also go to junk yards and see if they have.
The TYC branded aftermarket lights are pretty much exact duplicates of the OEM versions. I've seen hundreds of them used. In fact they are what many insurance companies require shops to use. The problem with Ebay is you often don't have a clue what brand you are buying.
my car had a TYC headlight on the RH side when i got it.... the turn signal reflectors didnt match at all.... i thought the low beam wasnt too bad but once i got an used OEM headlight i saw all the light on the extreme right i was missing
go OEM!!!

Any recommendations on the best places to go for the OEM headlights? They don't appear to be the easiest things to find so far, but I can check the site sponsors when I get to a computer (on iPhone with spotty 3G right now).
if u want new i would get them off toyota parts east.... used go on either ebaymotors and make sure u search with oem "2005 toyota camry headlight oem" or u can go on car-part.com and it will list salvage yards with them in stock.... only problem is it doesnt have pictures and u need to physically check to make sure theyre oem (if u look along the bottom of the lens you will see some codes like HB4, VOR and you should see who made it i.e toyota, tyc, ect.)
