USA My temperature gauge is sticking on 32°F

Dear everybody,
My car has just gotten this problem when I recharge the battery from someone via jumper cables.

The problem was the clock on wrong time, I fixed it manually to correct time.
Then noticed that the My temperature gauge has stocked on 32°F (The weather was 57°F in Houston, TX)

And the 2nd thing the "The Gas consumes gauge" (I don't know what it called) has been changing for every second.

Does anyone know how to repair them?

Look At this photo & Video. It will enplane everything:

Have you tried unplugging the battery for about 5-10mins to reset everything?
