Heh, nokya hyper yellows did this to my plug and play wiring harness after two years:

getting that aftermarket harness sure saved me quite a bit of headache than if it did that to the factory harnesses

The projector fogs will be so much nicer and better though...more work but worth it.

Or just retro fit in PIAA 6" rally lights (see my sig) that would be bad ass.

I have the same issue with my Nokya bulb.

Is this a common problem with the Nokya Hyper Yellow bulbs? I had them on my ES350 for about 2 years and it ended up burning through one of my connector as well. Strange thing is, I've had them on my '05 Camry for 6+ years w/o any issues.

The difference would be in the wattage of the bulbs. Use nothing more than 65 watts. The Nokya that I've seen are 85 watts and up which will burn your factory harness.

I understand this and the ones I used were 55W - maybe I got a bad batch.

Just get the heavy duty harness, it is plug and play and cheap insurance... if it burns up atleast the stock one is ok..
