Windshield washer fluid Leaking

I recently purchased a 2009 Camry XLE with 14,000 miles on it. So far so good other than the windshield/dash noise rattle when it is cold which I have searched on found a fix. However the other challenge I am having is the windshield washer fluid is leaking. It is a toyota certified car (warranty for 12 mos/ 12,000 miles) so I figured the 160 point inspection was completed expecting they would have topped off all fluids. I filled the washer fluid to where I could see it in the neck of the container. I walked back into my garage to put away the washer fluid, while walking back towards the car I could see something was leaking from under the car. It was leaking from a hole of the plastic directly under the car that covers everything up so you are unable to look up into the engine compartment. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this leak? I would suspect about 10 to 14 oz leaked. If it is an easy fix I would do it myself otherwise I will make an appointment to have it repaired under warranty.

It's not hard to remove the lower splash shield on the passenger side. Once you get that shield off,you can see the reservoir using a small light. The previous owner may have let the reservoir freeze up and cracked the container. I have seen the blue stuff freeze solid when I lived in Colorado. The reservoir may have cracked from fatigued left from the manufacturing process. The seal between the pump and the reservoir may be leaking.Hope your dealer will replace the unit. Regards

Check the obvious as well, like the hoses. I had mine rust proofed and the oils lubed up the hose and fittings and the hose worked itself right off i was shooting washer fluid under my hood ... i stuck it back on and ziptied it.
