2007 camry with vipor 5701

Hi all,

Today I had a tech install a Vipor 5701 in my 2007 toyota camry. (no smart key)
I think somthing is goofy..If i start the start with the doors locked, I cant open or close them with the key fob while car is started.
The key fob does work properly when the car is off.
So first i have to open the doors then start the car. Other wise i have to manully use the key to open the door after i remote start. Is there somthing wrong with my install?
I'm using a DB-ALL control module for the bypass.

I have a 5701 and mine does the same thing. When you remote start the car, the car thinks the key is in the ignition so the keyfob is deactivated.

Why are you using the keyfob anyways? If you have the 5701, you should be using the Viper keyfob.

I am using the vipor key fob.
If the car is remote started , the door locks will not work.

Take it back to the shop. Maybe they didn't activate that option or they didn't wire something correctly. My Viper remote locks and unlocks my doors and pops the trunk when the car has started.
