2002 Camry Valve Cover Gasket replacement

Hello all. Have an '02 Camry, 4 cyl showing a small bit of oil leakage on the back side of hte valve cover. Going to try to re-tighten the cover bolts first but thinking this probably won't work. Any advice on repaclign hte gasket? Have moderate experience, have replace valve covers gasket on other vehicles but not Camry.

It works the same. Remove nuts/bolts, clean surfaces, replace. It also gives you an opportunity to examine the relative condition of the engine's guts. Have a couple cans of carb cleaner and rags to clean the valve cover from the inside, and perhaps spray some on the varnished surfaces around the valve train, followed by an oil change.
