2002 4cyl CEL codes

Hey guys

The wifes camry all of a sudden tossed up CEL. Codes read P0100, P0110, and P0420. Car has about 125K miles, runs fine. I cleaned the MAF sensor with CRC cleaner just for that, pulled EFI fuse to reset, came back on immediately when started.
I was thinking of getting a used one from pull-a-part, but they only have 98 camrys at the moment. Any chance MAF is the same? Open to any other ideas (before spending $$ on new MAF) that you guys may have.

I had no success pulling the EFI fuse to reset my 02, always had to use the battery. Are all the codes there after you reset? I would doubt a Po420 would reappear immediately, that code triggers based on emissions gathered over a period of time. Could back up the battery/EFI fuse argument. The fact that the P0100, P0110 codes are both on the intake but different sensors would make me curious if the intake came loose, has a hole, filter clips dislodged, or a vacuum hose fell off.

Thanks, I'll try the battery. Gotta remember to write down all wifes radio pre-sets or I'll catch the devil. I thought it could be a loose connection too...I looked everywhere and even reseated the air filter, no luck. Hosses seem in good shape.
