rear defrost not working on 2009 camry

We had a replacement rear windshield on 2009 camry , and now rear defrost does not work. Where would I look for a loose wire connection?

While I unfortunately can't answer your question, I have a question for you. I just purchased an '07 XLE and I noticed that the rear defroster has wires that go all the way to the top, yet it only defrosts up to 6" from the top, is that normal?

On my previous GM vehicles there was a slide terminal that was mounted to the inside of the glass that has to be connected in order for the defroster to work, I'll bet they forgot to connect it.

The top part of the rear window are wires for the antenna, so no defrost there.

I would take it back to the glass installer and tell them that the job is not complete.

On this one the electrical connection is behind that rer plastic panel that abutts the glass. It will need to be removed to verify it is plugged in. Before doing that there must be a fuse for this and I will only guess that it is in the fuse box under the dash rather than under the hood but look there first for a blown fuse. It's easier than pulling the rear panel off.
