Gen6 '11 LE Audio Problem

My 2011 camry le- I purchased the vehicle new in july and since than my audio volume drops low periodically. The ASL feautre is turned off and they replaced my factory headunit once already, i brought it back to the dealer the other day and they say they can not duplicate the problem...To me and other passengers that hear it it sounds like speakers are fadign out or reception drops. Any one have similar issue?

audio problem

It has standard factory radio with no jbl and no navigation. It does it when it is in fm radio mode. especially when vehicle is cold or after a duration of driving. Other people have noticed it when driving with me.

Have the dealer check the antenna amplifier, located in C pillar on the passenger side. They could try freeze mist and heat from a blow drier to stress it from the current ambient temperature.

This would eliminate a temperature problem that you stated.

While they are testing the amplifier they may need to check the glass mounted antenna for any small cracks in the elements.

They have a procidure to check the heating element for breaks in the circuit, so the steps used for that, should apply to the antenna also, except using ohms instead of volts.
