Gen6 08* Driver-side sun visor broken

I heard some cracking noise every time I pulled down the visor. One day, I stupidly decided to push it further back just to test it out and it never stayed in its proper position since than. For awhile, it would just swing there freely until I took it off completely out of frustration. Where can I or should I buy a replacement?

It is a known Toyota quality issue, BUT you can go to a junk yard or to the dealers parts department to get a replacement. It isn't covered under any TSB or warranty, at this time. File a complaint with the NTSB and replace it, the dealer won't do anything for you...

National Transportation Safety Board, they have a consumer complaint section.
