2007 Toyota Camry Strut Options - Please Help

I have a 2007 Camry with Eibach Springs with the stock struts. When I bought the car in '06 the front driver side strut was bad and replaced. This was before the springs. Recently, the other front strut went bad and was replaced. I am no longer a fan of Toyota's suspension parts for this car. In the near future I'd like to replace all four.

Can anyone provide any recommendations on good replacement struts that will work with the Eibach springs. A firmer ride is fine, as long as it is still comfortable. Quietness and durability (long life) are of concern as well.

I only plan on keeping the car a few more years so coilovers and similar products aren't option or worth spending that much money.

You have the same complaint as me except I was told the right shock wasn't leaking enough to replace. It has leaked enough by the time warranty was up. I am also hoping someone has a good reply to your question.

Just a heads up. The stock shocks for the Gen 6 SE are made by KYB.

dont retail purchased OE toyota have lifetime warranty?

genuine Toyota shocks and struts (and mufflers) should still carry the Lifetime parts and labor warranty as always when you purchase. I would seriously consider this and even dealer install so you would have unlimited lifetime warranty. of course check me on this but I believe this is correct.

Lowering springs will shorten the lifespan of any shock regardless of how careful you drive. Also, road hazards will do the same, including not slowing enough for speedbumps. If you want the durability, you could try coilovers for a longterm investment
