Do I need a new Navigation DVD?

Hi I have a 2010 Camry XLE purchased in January 2010 with a OEM navigation system. I have had offers sent to me by Toyota to upgrade my navigation DVD. I there any advantage to buying the upgrade I think for $170. What do I get from the upgrade. Thanks and Happy New Year, Joe

in the past these NAV discs were only updated every 4-5 years. however as technology is changing it may be more frequent now. are there many new roads in the areas you travel that do not show up with your current nav disc, ? the whole thing sounds like a money grab.
me, i'll hold onto the $170.00
I thought the MSRP wass $150.00 now ?
I'd call a few local dealers.
