Help removing center console on 2004 Camry

I am trying to remove the center console on my 2004 Camry. Removed the obvious bolts and screws but there seems to be more to it than pulling a few screws.
Anybody has experience with this?

I meant the armrest console. I would like to remove the entire unit.

RM shows 2 bolts and 2 screws... bolts are at the bottom of the inside of the console, and the screws are at the trim near the gear shifter. Have you removed these?

If you have, there are "claws" on each side where you removed the screws that need to be disengaged before you can remove the console. If you have a power point in your console, you will also need to disconnect the wiring harness for that.

I had pulled the console bolts but I am not aware of the two screws you speak of. Do I have to remove the shifter trim? I was trying to snap it out but was afraid I may break it so I discontinued.
Is the a guide somewhere? Don't want to break anything.

Yes, remove the shifter trim. It's only held in by clips, so don't be afraid to just pull up on it. If it's too tight to simply pull up, use a taped up flat blade screwdriver or a trim removal tool to help pry it up. I find it's easier to get it started at the top of the armrest console, start pulling up the trim from there and work you way to the center console under the radio.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a guide on the forums, so you'll just have to wing it.

Here's the two screws LE05 speaks of:

In my DIY video on the LED lighting (Post #9), I kinda covered how to remove the console cover plate (@ 2:50) and removal of the PRND2L plate (4:16); its all held in by clips so simply pull up.

Hope this helps.

Your video helped immensely. I broke on alignment clip in the shifter panel.
I noticed that you have a ashtray door like mine in the video. I have not seen this before on the left hand drive camry. Is it standard?
I am actually trying to replace the whole assembly. After removing it seems beyond repair.
What is the correct name for the entire assembly? Any Idea where I can get a replacement? Preferably used.
Also how can I remove the shift lever?
Big thank you to LE05 and speedkar9 for getting me this far.
speedkar9 nice camry you have there.

To remove the shift knob,
Put the vehicle in the lowest gear (L), pull down the plastic cover on the shaft of the handle, and unscrew the two short Philips screws (that face the front of the car). Then disconnect the O/D button wire, and pull off the shift knob from the shifter shaft.

Should look something like this:
