That sub and amp combination is not optimal. The amp is only 4 ohms stable when bridged for 300W output, otherwise it will output 75Wx2. If you wire the sub for 2 ohms, you're either going to get only 150W or you will break something if you bridge the amp..
You need a sub with dual 2 or 8 ohm voice coils or a single 4 ohm. Or you can find an amp that is 2 ohm stable when bridged.
You may also want to look at some class D amps because they are more efficient. For sub frequencies, you probably won't be able to tell the difference compared to class AB.
