This was the final run of the day. Tires gone, brakes gone and when I mean tires gone I actually had tread seperate after this session. Rode home on a spare but the Camry sure did kick some ass out there!!! You can hear my drivers side tire literally coming apart! What a great time. Oh yeah and had a passenger :-)

I was thinking about going to Streets of Willow too! My car club from my school (UC Riverside) goes there quite often, includes a yellow e36 M3, miata, s2k and Civic Si (driven by asians, minus the e36)

Are you going to go often? I was going to track my Camry but I felt like my set up was not good enough yet (didn't like staggered and offsets)

But with my new ones coming soon, I may go track her. No sense having a strut&sway bar, intake, catback, track coilovers, and fat tires and not at least tracking her once

Glad you had fun! Really nice seeing what can potentially be me there.

Well I guess this answers my question on should i buy UR Rear 23MM Sway Bar, Are you running stock 17' wheels?Do you think 18' Would handle Better?

18s WILL handle better and getting wider set of rims will too as well.

Great driving bud! It's always great to see the underdog surpass some of the seemingly better vehicles. Driver skill is such a huge part of the equation for a successful track run. The tire scrub noise from the understeer is such a killjoy though. But you seemed to manage the understeer well.

Up to a point, then the difficulties of unsprung weight negate the advantages of going bigger.

Thanks everyone for the wonderful feedback and compliments.. I had a blast out there and let me tell you there were a lot of people who were surprised.. one to see a Camry on a race track and two to see a Camry passing them :-)
