depends if you intend to use it as an emergency tire, or another tire in rotation.

emergency tire: No
Tire in rotation: Yes

You can use a regular valve stem since it's a spare (our current donuts dont have sensors in them). When I got my full size spare(matching SE wheel) I went ahead and put a sensor in it, so I could just program that one sensor inplace of the one that went flat.

You'll have to have the dealer or a tire shop that has a tool capable of programming them do it when you switch the wheel/tire out for one of the other 4 that are already on. I have access to one through a friend of mine, so I dont know how much it is to have it done to be honest.

Someone had a thread on here with the part numbers for the adapter and the pads for the cardboard. I'll see if I can find it unless someone beats me to it. I just robbed the adapter from my wife's '05 Camry and put some foam pads to level the rest of the cardboard uptop.
