erisin volume question

I didnt want to make a thread but after searching and searching and searching and searching and i can not find the answer even though i know it is on this forum. Whenever I touch the screen the volume drops down on the music playing. I know ive seen how to adjust that cant find it...any help?

steering wheel controls are not hooked up. it is a setting somewhere, i can not find it on the unit or on the forum but i know it has been discussed.
