Opinions on headlight mod

I have a silver 2011 camry se. I want to do a headlight mod that I just did with my dad on his Tundra last night to my car. Rydr1 has already done the black headlight mod. The link is to his post and pictures. The picture I have would be the silver body color headlight mod. It isn't exactly a camry headlight but the silver headlight on silver body looks good. Which mod would look the best. Black or Silver.

Silver Headlight Mod

I personally like it when the chrome ring is taped off, but I thought about going with the white headlights on my white camry but seeing them come standard on Honda Fits =

Silver is a really hard color because black stands out so much, maybe color match it?

Yeah I saw the blacked out shroud with the crome rings and think it would look great even though I only have the one ring that I hate. I love the 07-09 headlights that have the 2 rings that I could do custom angle eyes with. I thought it might look good color matched but I am afraid of it looking amateur and tacky.

My thought's exactly man it's hard to do without compromising the clean stock look.

Tbh it looks good to complement a good set of wheels + drop, but not sure how it would reflect if that was your one and only mod, might look tacky like you said.
