Xtreme/XenonDepot HID dimming problem

I installed these 4300k HIDs on my 2011 Camry a month ago with the relay harnesses and they have been working amazing until last night when they were extremely dim, the lights were even dimmer than my dad's 2003 Camry with STOCK headlights! Whenever I turn off the dash light and the radio the brightness would very slightly increase. Can anyone tell me how to fix this, I really hope I wouldn't have to replace anything so as of right now, I'm willing to try everything to fix this. Thank you very much in advance.

The ballast should keep the current stable. In your case, I doubt you need new ballasts.
