Indicator lamp heat/cool selector switch

How hard to replace the little backlight lamp behind the heat/cool selector switch on 02 camry? I poked around and could find no easy way to get behind the dash. Appreciate any advise.

its very easy...... take a flat head screwdriver or trim panel tool and stick in on a bottom corner (L or R) and pry it out then repeat on the other side..... whole assembly should come out and disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.... take the flat head to the back and rotate the burnt bulb 1/4 turn counter clockwise then it will release..... pop in the new bulb, rotate 1/4 turn clockwise, reconnect wires, take assembly and pop it back in, then have a beer or two
