Not sure you can. Leave your gas cap a little loose to set an EVAP code. that will set off and engine code, and turn off the VSC.Thanks to our wonderful government all new cars have all that stuff made for people who don't know how to drive. Come to think of if, I guess most people don't. Never mind.

What about press and hold the button to the left and below the steering column until the VSC and TRC light indicate that they are off? or are you looking for a more permanent "off" feature?

Some people are mentioning some kind of switch on the dash of the SE Camry's to turn VSC on and off but i have yet to see it. Maybe its just limited to the 6.5 gens. Other than that i wouldnt really know how to turn it off.

Gen 6 does not have a switch
1-Make sure the car is in park and the parking brake is disengaged before you start the car
2-Press and hold brake pedal while starting car
3-release brake pedal
4-Engage the parking brake
5-Fully depress the brake pedal and release
6-Fully depress the brake pedal and release again
7-disengage the parking brake
8-Fully depress and hold down the brake pedal
9-Engage the parking brake then disengage it {While holding down the brake pedal}
10-Engage the parking brake then disengage it again {While holding down the brake pedal
11-Release the brake pedal
12-Engage the parking brake
13-Fully depress the brake pedal then release
14-Fully depress the brake pedal then release again
The "check VSC light and Trac light should come on now.
The VSC will stay off untill you shut car off and start again.
I know it sounds hard but after you try it a couple of times it is pretty quick and easy. I think ther is also some videos on u tube as well about this

Perhaps I mis-spoke. My wife's rav4 has vsc. I suppose the camry only has traction control? I'm looking to disengage whatever keeps my tires from spinning when I get on the gas from a stop or get stuck in the snow. Thanks for the help fellas.

Your camry has both VSC and Trac control. If you follow the instructions i posted it will shut both of them off until you restart the car.
