Gen6 Need urgent help wiring amp to in-dash navi!!

Hey PEEPS!!

I've searched every place on earth but haven't found a single place that shows how to connect an amp to Eonon d5106 HU.

The amp wiring kit I have is this one:
http://www.crutchfield.com/p_142PA8/...t#overview-tab

Now, I've managed to route the amp wires from the battery to the amp. Also routed the RCA and the power remote wire.
I just don't know where I plug the RCA cable and the remote turn on lead.

Heres a pic of what the back of my HU looks like: (Its the middle pic)

Some guy was telling me to get a multi meter and check the power cable to find out which wire is putting out 12V. Once I find that I can just splice the wire and connect the remote wire to the wire putting out 12V.

Please excuse my Noobieness to this topic since this is my first ever audio "project"

Thanks in Advance

im guessing that the amplifier is for subwoofers that you want to install. the stereo only seems to have one subwoofer output (14). your best bet would be to purchase a rca splitter, like below, then connect the rca cables to the splitter and the other end to your amp.
Amazon Amazon

as for your remote wire, it will be one of the two blue wires that are in the middle harness. check the manual that came with it. if you dont know which one it is then you can connect to either of them and test it out. one of the blue ones will only turn on with the radio, the other will turn on any time the stereo is on. the other guy was also correct. you can hook up all the whole system then use a multi meter to touch one of the blue wires with the positive end and touch anything ground with the negative end. measuring voltage, whichever one is giving 12v while playing a cd is the one that you want.

Sorry I didnt specify what the amp was for. The AMP is for the speakers(front and rear). I do not have a sub.

The Manual was crap. It shows nothing about amp connections. I guess thats the down side of buying from china:/

Also I have a 4 channel amp if that helps

oh, in that case it is extremely simple. hook up the rca cables from jacks 9, 10, 11, and 12 into the input in your amplifier. then you will run the wiring from the amplifier to each of your speakers.

you said that you are a beginner so i will spell everything out for you. i apologize in advance if it is too basic for you but i dont know your level so it is better than leavign you in the dark

so when you amplify your speakers this is how the wiring works. first the rca cables go from your deck to the amplifier, then you have to run wires from the amplifier back to the speakers independently. it is a PITA and unless you are an audiophile or running your car in a competition i wouldnt recommend it. and you didnt say anything about your speakers. are you using the stock ones? if you are then they dont need to be amplified. you should only amplify speakers that have a high rating, something around 60w RMS or higher. the RMS wattage value is what your speakers can take continuously, they are the numbers that matter, not the maximum watts.

i have hooked up multiple audio systems and only amplified the speakers in one of them. it was a pain to run the audio cables and i only had to do it in two doors. basically in the camry youll have to route it under the carpet all the way to the front and find a way to get the wire into the door. it is not an easy task.

this is what i would recommend. just hook up all the speakers to the stereo, and use it for a while. if you think that it is not loud enough then invest is some high quality speakers and then amplify those. you will blow the stock speakers if you amplify them. now if you are looking for a nice "kick" in the system then just add a woofer.

please resond to the following qustions so i can assist you better:
how loud do you like to listen to your audio?
do you have aftermarket speakers?
how much more are you willing to spend on your sound system?
what brand and model is your amplifier?

My RCA cable only has 2 Wires. Ok I'll list all the things I have so it's easier for you to understand.

This is the AMP kit I have:
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-OCwZPCK...iring-Kit.html

Front Speakers: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_500SPS6..._610c&skipvs=T

Rear Speakers: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130TSD6...d6902&skipvs=T

AMP: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777M407...e+m4075&tp=115

40 feet of Speaker Wires: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_211SC16...ker+wires+blue

Answers to your questions:
how loud do you like to listen to your audio?
40-50% when I'm driving. 70-90% when I'm in "show of mode" with my friends. Majority of the time I keep it around 40-50%
how much more are you willing to spend on your sound system?
Not too much since I'm currently modding another car. I would say around 100 to 200 more maybe.

Hope this helps.....

I really appreciate the help

looks like i fully understand what you are asking now. sorry it took so long.

as for RCA cables, you are going to have to pick up another set of them so that you can run an rca cable for every speaker. other than that you seem to have everything that you need.

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_142A17C...pair=FFLength|[rank4]10.1-ft+to+20-ft

should do you good. if you want to spend a bit more on rca cables go for it...probably not that necessary.

so basically you will run 4 rca cables to your amp. then run the speaker wires from your amp into the doors and the trunk. that is going to be a hassle but there isnt a way around it. you are going to have to route it under the seats and carpet through the kickpanel and hope you can find a way into the door.

im not sure if i answered your quesstions. if i didnt just post them again below and i will answer them to the best of my ability. but you seem to have everything, the only thing you might have to spend money on is more speaker wire, but even then 40ft should be enough.

good luck, and have fun

Is there any store that carrys RCA cable?? Because I don't want to wait another week for the rca cable.

Also would it matter if I get an rca cable from a different company?

also take a look at this youtube video, it is basically what you are going to need to do to get the wire from the amp to the front speakers. he ran two PAIRS of wire, and i do not know why, but you do not need to do that. one pair of wire will be enough, and you wont have to do anything like he did with the drill. (just to clarify, the wire you bought is fine, one side of it to positive, one side to negative)

**Quick update**
So I finally finished runnin all the wires and so far I connected only the back to speakers. At first I was not satisfied with the results but after a week of messing around with the settings on the AMP and it sounds AMAZING!! Just have to connect the front components and everything should sounds great!

Question: Do I need to run a Two seperate wires for the tweeters and woofer for thr components?

Thanks
