Rear defroster not working on Gen 6 Camry

so I have a 2010 Camry and I'm 99% certain the rear defroster doesn't work. I came from a 2000 Camry where, upon pressing the rear defrost button, the rear window would clear up within like 5 minutes (literally-- that thing was fast), but my 2010 Camry doesn't do that.

I drove for about 15 minutes last night and saw no change whatsoever. The orange LED lights up when I press the button (and stays lit) for the rear defroster, but I'm not seeing any results.

Is there a fuse I should check? the orange LED comes on and stays on when I press that button, but I'm pretty sure nothing's happening

edit: this is the only problem thing I've ever noticed that's wrong with my car lol

The relay and fuse is located under the hood.

The fuse is in a long strip with several fuses in it, it is number 6 from the top in that strip that is located in the furthest back (rear), right side position looking from the front bumper. The position is number 7 and it is a 50 amp.

Look for the "RRDEF Relay", it is the third back from the front bumber on the far left of the box.

Pin 5 should have the battery 12 volts on it, it is the pin closest to the front of the car. (If there is voltage there check and / or replace the relay. You can have someone operate the rear window defog switch and listen or feel for the click of the relay.)

To verify the voltage is at the rear window, using a meter, wrapping the probes with foil and touch the foil (only) to the printed elements on the glass, about midway down, at the far left and right looking for 12v, there.

If there is voltage, you have a very slow heat element, but it is still working and it more than likely not be replaced.

if you haven't gone past the 36,000 miles or 36 months of ownership, get it to a dealer, preferably the one you bought it at, and let them look at it for you. why should YOU do any repairs or searching for answers..???

thanks man! I apologize I'm soooooooooo late responding, but it's been real warm since I wrote this down here in Georgia... until now.

Anywho, the RRDEF fuse is what i want to check first, but it's under the leftmost blue strip, how do I remove the blue strip with the fuses under it? I tried wiggling it some but it won't budge and I don't want to force it, you know? I'm assuming they all come at once?
