gen 5 camry fog lights

hey guys

well i have got full phillips blue vision globes for my 03 camry sportivo.

low beam
parkers
high beam
fog lights

these bulbs are noticably whiter than stock.

when you look into the headlights you can see a blue tinge but when i look into the fog lights there no blue. the light is a little whiter than stock bulbs but the reason its not a blue tinge is cause theres a small cap in the fog light.

the cap is like half a circle which covers the bulb unlike the headlights where the bubls are visible.

would taking out the cap disturb the lighting geometry? has anyone tried it before? how do i take out the fog light unit anyway? i also notice the cap is held on by a weird screw. i think its a 5 point star or something. what kind of screw driver do i need to unscrew it?

Well I have Changed my bulbs too. Like Few days ago. I got Phillips Diamond Vision for all H4 and fog. It`s damn bright, and it`s gonna blind someone hehe. So I`m just using one headlight with Diamond Vision. I broke underguard, when I was changing bulbs for fog. So don`t try it.. quite annoying.. And you don`t really need brighter bulb for fog anyway..

yeah i changed mine too.....the fog looks a little blue while the headlights are just ridiculously blue. check out the my cardomain page. you'll see.....my underguard was draggin on the ground first time i drove the car after changing the fogs. lol...was missing some screws. anyway the moral of this story is. as long as it's white/blue or just plain white........it's ok as long as it's not Yellow
