'02 Camry mpg!!

I have been checking this lately and the conclusion is our 4 Cyl 2.2L 2002 camry gives about 23 mpg in city driving. (driving 35mph avg speed). It has about 25k miles on it.
Do you folks think this is ok?

i'm supposed to get 20 mpg in city with my V6 3.0L 2002 SE........i'll start calculating once i get full tank o gas. i pump about every two weeks. 18.5 gallons/14 days= empty tank

so how many miles per gallon do i get? lol.

i get about the same.. somewhere b/t 22 and 23 mpg!

BTW the 2002 4 cyl camry should be 2.4 L

Ok. Yes, just checked on edmunds.com for 2002 camry 4 cyl and city averge is listed as 23mpg!!!

holy snickeys! my 4cyl 96 camry gets 30mpg in town and 35-6mpg on the freeway

I'm getting about 30-33 mpg highway, not too sure about in the city.

Wow, I have a 94 SE V6 and I get 28 in the city and 34 on the Highway!

I have an 03 and I average 23 in the city. City and highway is about 26-28 mpg.

my 3.3L V6 gets 23mpg+ depending on how i drive it on the highway, even on the streets i get 20+ esp if i keep off the pedal

I got 17.8 mpg my last fill-up. I got 02 Camry I4, stick shift. Too much drag racing =)

that's pretty much my numbers also, hope you have a v6 also, otherwise those seem low for 2.4l
