Tire & Wheel Setup Question on 03 Camry LE 4 Cyl

P215/60HR-16 Kumho ECSTA HP4 716
16x7 Borbet Type CA Silver with + 40 mm offset.

What do you guys think of this set up for 2003 Camry LE 4 Cyl. I appreciate your input.

Mainly I am concern about the size, does this size require any kind of other adjustments to keep the same ride comfort and make sure tires don't rub any where?

Rack & Pinion Bad

My steering wheel started making a weired tick noise and I could not only hear it but feel that tick noise in my hands. first they tried to tell me all Camrys do that, I asked for manager and told him that is not true. I proved them I am right by taking them to other Camrys and showing them how it feels. I told them my car was fine untill 20,000 miles and than all of a sudden it cannot start making noise without somehting going wrong. They agreed finally and ordered a new Rack & Pinion Assembly.

Any inputs on the wheel size would be appreciated.
