Question 2005 Camry XLE NAV + iPod?

Hello everyone,

I'm new here, and this is my first post. I just bought a red salsa 2005 Camry XLE!

Does anyone know if it's possible to connect an iPod directly to its navigation system / audio system? I don't have the XM option installed, so is it possible to make the iPod look like an XM receiver? I already know it's possible to connect it via an FM transmitter, but that won't sound as good.

Monster Cable will have the iCruze out sometime in Jan. If will play the songs, control the ipod, and show the song titles and playlists, ect.

Also the PAC AUX-pod does the same thing, but doesn't display track titles (its out now, cardomain carries it).

I am waiting for the iCruze for my SE w/nav.

I hope that link works for you, and I hope they have the application you're looking for, but if they do, then you'll be able to hook an iPod directly to your factory system and control it from the car's stock audio controls.
