Changing Drum Brakes to Disk Brakes on 2003 LE

I have a 2003 Camry LE and I feel so stupid that I had not realized untill after getting the car that LE had drum brakes vs. disk brakes on other models of Camry.

My question is: Can I change my rear drum brakes to disk brakes with a reasonable cost and mods.

Any help on this would be awesome.

and possibly ur gen4 probably doesnt have ABS thats why its drum brakes in the back...for gen3's w/o ABS its drums in the back for sure... but not totally sure for the gen4... but all v6's will have disc's all around..
