Canada 2004 Camry V6 tranny problem.

hello ladies and gentlemen, this is my first time posting on Toyota Nation, I've browsed through here before when I was looking to buy a winter beater last year, anyways, here are some of the problems.

my mother drives a 2003/4 Camry V6, it was one of the first shipment with 5spd automatic and drive by wire, the car is great, but my mother told me that it "jerks" when driving slow, I couldn't get what she was saying until couple months ago and to me it felt like either programming bugs with the valve body or the mechnical part of it. I posted on ClubLexus and they said same problem exists on the ES300. I just want to see if this is a problem exists on that year of Camry, I've got a Project Volvo I've been working on for last several years at a very slow pace, and it has modded valve body that shifts really hard, and the Camry shifts very hard and very awkward even compare to my Volvo.

thank you for the help.

sorry, can't help, but have you thought about bringing it back to the dealer to see if they have any ideas?

numerous times, they reset the ECU, I talked to Toyota of Canada, they said they can't send a regional rep if dealers can't identify the problem.

Which dealer did you get it from? Cause I know if you don't make a big enough issue of it they tend to brush you off.

I would make a stink abou it...take it to a few toy dealers and have them check it over. My local toy dealer seldom tells me that they can't fix it...of course it costs in the end
