Odd Question about my 2002 Camry XLE
Regarding the climate control system:
the book mentions that there is an in cabin microfilter that is hidden above the glovebox. My question is; when does it do it's job? I seem to drive around most of the time with the recirculated air feature selected. So does the filter work in recirculated air mode or only fresh air mode?
When the air is drawn into the cabin in fresh air mode, I would assume that it is filter through the microfilter but sometimes it doesn't smell like it.
Is the microfilter completely useless in the recirculated mode?
Sorry for the odd dialouge.
-Robbie.
