cheapest way is to take yours, open 'em up, and paint the housing. otherwise the dealer is your alternative.

All you have to do is replace the headlight assembly if you were to purchase whole black housing headlight assemblies from somewhere. I don't believe that you can buy the black housing alone.

In order to replace the headlights, you will need to remove the bumper.

As far as painting the housing (if you decide to do it yourself), you need to remove the bumper to get the lamps out anyway, so that you can bake them, seperate them, paint the housing, re-seal, and put them back in the car. Only problem with opening up the headlights and painting the housing yourself is that if you don't properly seal the two halves again, when it rains, you'll find your headlights fogging up because of the moisture leak.

Your SAFEST bet would be to buy a set off of eBay or through the dealership (but the dealership will rape you in the ass as far as price.)

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

check ebay every now and then for the se headlights but prices will still be high. best way is to black house them your self.. i have done so.. and i have taken pictures if you need some reference.. here is the link..
