USA 2005 camry help!!

I have a 2005 camry witch now has 1,600 miles on it,at 960 miles i took it into the shop for a ticking noise in the engine, when its hot and in gear,rev/or drive, they said they cant hear any abnormal noise in the engine, some how a toyota field rep got involved .they called me the next day telling me that they are going to reblock my engine, due to wristpin noise,on a run of vin#..
To make this short, the cars back in the shop at 1.600 milea same noise!! they called me and said they cant hear anything wrong, there going to call there rep again..
i started there arbitration process, we meet 07/25/05

HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS PROBLUM??

THANKS

Yes I've heard of something very similar to that on a 4 cyl. Brand new with 10 miles too. I can't remember if they put a new head or a complete engine in it.
