5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
This topic has already been covered several times. We've unanimously concluded that Toyota does not sell these kits unless you get them when you buy the car itself. Your best bet would be to check a junkyard, or some wreckers. However, since the car is so new, you'd be lucky to find a kit. Try searching the forum next time.
Welcome to TN.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

Enhance the sleek, sporty lines of your Camry SE with an aggressive Genuine Toyota Ground Effects Kit. The kit is color-keyed to the vehicle and contains a two piece front air dam, side rocker panels and rear air dam.
*Not available as a Dealer Installed Accessory. This accessory must be ordered with the vehicle. Please see your local dealer for additional information.

Gen 5 - 2002 Phantom Gray Pearl Camry V6 LE:
-TRD Rear Sway Bar
-SE Model Strut Tower Bar
-Borla Exhaust
-Injen Intake
-Sportivo Grille
-TRD Lowering Springs (sitting in my room waiting to be installed)
I see them every now and then. I see one Gen 5.5 like every other day. The guy's got a silver SE with chrome 17s (5-spoke) and a chrome Trenz billet grill. Looks pretty sweet. I see a black Gen 5 with the lip kit in the same area from time to time... and I saw a dark gray Gen 5 yesterday on the freeway with the kit. They're around, just not that common. I see them more often than I can account for... its just that like... I'll notice it last minute right before they make a turn and then its too late to check it out. Haha.

the oem kit is overpriced and in my opinion sucks. why make a front and back lip if you're not goin to have it fully connected. whats up with the empty space in the front and back bumpers. i dont get it.
if you want a nice kit, for a decent price, look at the vizage body kit (under the springs) ...
Me, I'm just glad the front lip doesn't go all the way across as well as the back lip. If it did, I would already be replacing them. With all the family and some luggage for a weekend trip, I already scrape a bit on my driveway if I don't angle the car when I pull in and out. If I had something like the Vizage kit, I'd be parking in the street instead of in my garage.
