Weow, is that the "SE" with Navigation? That looks pimped. never knew a Camry looked like that inside. NICE

For some reason, i'm not too thrilled with that new front bumper, looks wierd where the fog lights are...

LOVE the tails.

Here are some more things to add to the list:
-Chrome inside door handles and shifter knob on all models for 05-06
-Much better and nicer, IMHO, Optitron speedometer cluster for 05-06
-Center console box is larger and has a cover door for 05-06
-To me, the fabric looks nicer on 02-04
-No keyhole on the front passenger door on 05-06 (not that much of an issue since remote entry is standard)
-Smaller pockets on the back of the front seats on 05-06
-Power window consoles are black on 05-06, color-matching with the interior on 02-04 (I think the black makes it look cheap instead of sporty)

05 4-cyl has a little more HP, but 06 has less than 02-04.

Perhaps one of the best improvements on the '05 is the 5-speed automatic tranmission on the 4-cylinder. 02-04 4-cyl had 4-speed automatics

The 05-06 are the same. They just probably missed up on the numbers a bit. Don't know why, but they're practically the same.

As for the difference on the 02-04 and 05-06. Here's the following:

05-06s comes with the following as standard:

Audio controls on steering wheel
Keyless entry
5-spd auto with ECT
Auto on/off headlights
A third headrest in the rear
ABS on LEs
Bumpers, headlights, and tailights are redesigned
SE V6 is the 3.3L V6 as for the 02-04 SE V6s are only 3.0
Chrome accents on door handles
No keyhole on the passenger side
9-spoke hubcap (02-04 only had the 7-spoke)
SE V6 comes with a standard 17" rims deprived from the Solara.
