if the repair involves welind i think were going to have to sell it off cause the prices ive been quoted at several different body shops where around 5 to 9 k (us dollars for any canadians reading)......
what do you guys think would be more logical to do? part out the camry and sell the parts?; just sell the car and see what we can get? or try to fix it (body shop if welding is required)
id love to fix it myself but i have no ideal howto weld.......
once again thanks for your help and concern form sis!!

Dude, you need to get us those engine bay pics. The only welding needed is the upper crossmember. If you lived near my, my uncle would probably do it for like 60 bucks... A reason to use his new welder

Anyways, as far as everything, it should be all plug and play. Can you atleast post up the estimates to see what the body shop is actually replacing. I mean, you can hit up a junkyard and probably touch somewhere around 500 or 600 for all the stuff you need. Weld the UCM and replace the radiator with OE or aftermarket (if it's damaged) and you should be good to go. If you do decided to part it out, then... the net is here for you. I'm sure some TN kids need some interior pieces here and there. Any aftermarket parts on there?
As far as not having insurance, in Washington DC, if you don't have it (if you lost it after you got registered) than you cannot drive your car and must turn in your plates within 7 days. As far as being arrested... ehhh.. if you driving with no insurance, you need to be arrested. That's just me. If you have no DL, you don't need to be driving. They are issued for a reason. I mean, I doubt you'll get jail time for driving with no DL and no insurance but you will have some nice tickets and will probably get a suspended DL (assuming you had one).
