USA 2005 Turbo Exhaust Manifold Flange

I took the time to CAD up an exhaust manifold flange for a turbo application for the 3.0 liter 2005 toyota camry xle model, i'm having a prototype made up and if all goes as measured ,etc...

it'll accept the beveled manifold gasket for the surface of the flange as the ports are being chamfered. if you guys are interested and i don't have any adjustments to do to the prototype, let me know and i'll get some made for ya!! any suggestions let me know. later Camry guys!!!

i've got it on file for my CAD software, i use a 2D software instead of the headache 3D $2500.00 software with the 2'' booklet!! lol

anyway i can send you a file by email, ..unless you think / or know of a way to post the CAD file for veiwing?? (i'm retarded when it comes to posting pictures)

(i'm hoping to hop in my Brother's 3D software when i got the time and make some seriously engineered stuff!!)

and THANKS!!!

basically, i'm running weldable pipping 1 1/2" ID that i'll weld on the flange upon completion. i'm having the "mild steel" exhaust flange Heat Tempered and surface milled for a true unwarped / dented / unabrassed surface. cost of 1 flange = $304.00 ouch!! but higher production cost goes down of course.

i myself plan on running a Garret GT3071R Duel B.B. turbo (haven't decided on EXT/ INT. wastegate yet), although due to limited space i might run a external and relocate smartly. On my Camry model i've decided to relocate the battery to the truck to allow for more more space and can quite possibly buy push fans for the radiator to also allow for more turbo clearance. ( i don't know if the stock side-by-side fans are push/pull). But with the battery gone i can better arrange my possibilites. i imagine you can run what ever turbo you like, paying mind to clearance and pipe bend arrangements.
