Accelerator pedal swap-out?

Hi all, I have an 09 Camry CE AT 2.4L with the CTS accelerator pedal assembly. I've never liked the jerkiness that the pedal now has after being having the shim installed during the recall. I plan to swap mine out with a Denso pedal assembly, and have a couple of questions:

1) Is a Denso pedal from an 07 or 08 model compatible with an 09?

2) Will a Denso pedal from an 07 or 08 V6 work?

3) Will a Denso pedal from an 09 Hybrid work?

Thanks for your help.

Ah gas pedal... ;)

If u change brands it may need to be reprogrammed / recalibrated, but if it's the same brand it'll be a straight swap.

UPDATE:

First of all, thanks for the reply GT-R.

I found a used Denso accelerator pedal from a low-mileage, wrecked 2008 Camry LE 2.4L (not part of the accelerator recall) for $35.00, so I decided I'd give it a try. The swap-out didn't require any re-programming, and only took a few minutes. The pedal feel is much better now, the upshifts/downshifts are smoother, and most importantly, the jerkiness I used to have when taking off from a stop is gone. Glad I gave it a try!
