2 When I use my handsfree system to dial voicemail and connect to it, is there any way to use the handsfree system to navigate within voicemail -- for example, dial "3" to delete the message I just listened to? Or do I have to pick up the cellphone to do that?
3 What is the purpose of the "speed tone" feature? What would I use it for? (Does it have anything to do with the previous question?)

Speed dial, is what you mean, I think... it means you set one of the radio presets to be a phone number: once set, you push the talk button, then the preset number, then the off hook button and it dials the number. Takes less time than using dial by name.
Sorry I can't help with Q1-2.
