I miss the Fog Lamps and the Auto Up driver's side window.

Welcome to the TCH club! Did Toyota actually refund your money or give you full credit towards the TCH? Was this voluntary or did you have to resort to your state's "Lemon Laws?"

So far the TCH seems to be free of the more troublesome defects plaguing some of the '07 LEs, SEs and XLEs. It does have an entirely different transmission which should eliminate one major issue (I hope).

I've had 2 months and 2500 trouble-free miles so far. Good luck with your new hybrid.

Well I own two '07 Camrys currently. A conventional Camry XLE-V6 since the first week of March and a Hybrid since the first week of July. Love 'em both.

It was all voluntary and they did not deduct anything for the 7853 miles I drove the thing. They actually gave be a check for every dollar I paid, including my trade-in, every car payment, and they paid off the bank loan.
If I had resorted to the lemon laws I would have lost about 7.8% of the value as well as tax. Always better to work with them if you can, they will try to do the right thing but respond poorly to threats.

I have had only a few minor radio/Bluetooth issues, which seem to be sporadic and random, and the leather is not as nice as the XLE, and was stitched badly in one headrest, but so far that is it. Here's to a reliable run.. I need it for the 2500 miles I commute every month.

Schmidtj: I do miss the XLE auto up and fog lamps, too. I get breakfast everyday at a fast food place and the auto up was helpful!

Sounds like you did well, working with Toyota and not against them. Do you know if your TCH leather was factory-installed or done by the dealer or outside vendor?

The leather was distributor installed, with "Liquicell" tags whereas the XLE has no tag. The factory XLE leather is better. It is tighter and more form fitting, and has a better surface texture.
