Someone seed it on Bit-Torrent! or other P2P sites.

Thanks!
Hey another el cheepo! Spend $30K for the car and cannot spend $25 for a download.

Thanks for the link FlopShot, this is helpful. The first posting was specific to the Hybrid. Woud any kind soul be able to put this back up somewhere? Thanks again!

I'll have the hybrid manual up on camrymanuals.com shortly (or eventually)

There are a ton of files to deal with. I might put up the ISO image to start with, although it is about 250 megs in a compressed RAR file.

[edit]I'm uploading the file currently, will be done shortly. You can find it here
Please don't hotlink to the rar file anywhere or I WILL take it down.

Thanks for putting the RAR'ed ISO up 71Corolla. I downloaded it and loaded the image using Alcohol 120% and it appears to be empty. I also tried opening it with RAR and nothing. Am I doing something wrong in trying to open this? Thanks again for your help!

I was able to DL it, decompress it and burn it to a CD. But, it's the owner's manual - not the service manual.

Hmmm (scratching head), I guess Alcohol doesnt' want to read it. I wonder what happened to pillpusher84, the person who originally posted the service manual, or any of the people (if any) that downloaded it before it became a pay service. I wonder if it ever was free or if that site was charging from the get.

Would love to find a copy of the factory service manual. Thanks to any champ that puts it up again!

The ISO is fine, just burn it!

I had the same problem, WinRAR balked when it tried to extract the ISO. (Daemon tools would not mount it either) If you burn it to a CD-R or CD-R/W with IMGBurn it works and all the files are there in tact.

It's not the owners manual, there are over 1700 files on the disc. When I have some time I'll be putting the files on camrymanuals.com as separate downloads like all the others. It is a lot of work because the files have cryptic names.

I downloaded it and burned it just fine. As Camrymanuals guy said, there are a bunch of files in 50 some-odd folders. It looks like each folder is a section of the manual.

I'm willing to take it section by section, and merge all the individual PDF files (which contain 1-15 pages each) into one sectional PDF.

Does anyone know of cheap software to merge PDF's and reorder the pages?

P.S. Yes, I'm cheap. I'm about ready to get raped for $30,000 for a car, I can't afford $469 for Adobe Acrobat full version.

This is great! Thank you 71Corolla and everyone else for helping out. I've burned it and been checking it out, thanks again!

snedecor, I can appreciate your desire to combine the pdf's if you look at them from a directory perspective but I thought it was pretty user friendly using the html files with links in the root directory. Just my two cents. I agree with you on the cheap side, I'm trying to save now for some aftermarket wheels to complement this awesome car!

This rocks!

I've never been much of a car person but after getting this car I'm inspired to learn more. I had three current tasks, one of which, getting the service manual, now I have (thanks to you all). The second is to try burning the hacked Navi DVD to enable on-screen controls while driving. I have the 5.1 file, DVD DL burner, etc. I just have to find the time to try out the process. The last is to figure out how to turn off the annoying seatbelt buzzer, the manual may help with that.

Thanks again all!

Make sure you try the one at

Click on Generation 6 on the left side.

About 1/3 downthe page , click on the link for the ISO image.

Click SAVE to disk. It will come down as a .rar compressed file. You'll need WINRAR or another decompressor. It will extract to an .ISO CD image file. You burn this to a CD.

Put the CD in your drive, and there will be several internet explorer files. Click on the one of interest and it will provide a menu to many small .PDF files that are the actual pages of the manual.

I just tried it at 9:30 CDT 7/11/07 and it started downloading right away.

Hope this helps.

Here's an update to this thread. From what I can tell all of the previous links are broken or expired. Check BitTorrent, you should have some luck.

Can anyone re-upload the file?

I would love to have the Camry Hybrid service manual. Could you re-post it?

Sorry, but the earlier links to service manuals have been removed as per forum rules:
