Pics of TCH with Lexus alloys and tint

Finally getting around to posting some pics of our '08 TCH with the ES350 alloys and Yoko tires (excellent!) Also the tint...20% rear/30% front.
I now have the rear spoiler installed too after these pics were taken.

Holy Crap!!! That looks great. I got the spoiler on mine; added mud guards and will get the window tinted soon.

Love the wheels but not feeling the 20%/30% tint. It looks odd to me.

Thanks, I really like the subtle trunk spoiler (which is now installed). Of course the dealer I bought the car from wanted to include it for ONLY $995! Instead I bought it from trdparts for $194 plus installation kit and had my local dealer install it for $175 (2-3 hours labor). I didn't want to drill holes and mess with it myself so I specified I wanted a technician who had actually done this before and it came out great!
Still waiting for my mudguards to come in...on back order or something
Window tint makes a big difference too-both looks and practical...keeps the car so much cooler!

Looks odd in what way? Do you mean the difference between front and rear windows?
Actually it is not that noticeable at all, but the one picture makes it seem more of a difference than it really is.
I always go for slightly lighter tint on the front two side windows to avoid hassles by the law. Here is So. Cal. it is technically illegal to tint the front side windows so if they appear lighter and the cops can see in they will usually not bother with you.
Seems to help; in all the cars I have tinted for over 25 years or so, only had to remove the tint once on my Acura 20 years ago! Or maybe I just been lucky

I see your point the other pics they look like 20% all around.

Very nice ride with those wheels... How's your MPG with the 17" wheels? Any noticeable drop?

I would assume that there might be a very slight drop, but not enough to worry about (I'm averaging 34-36 mpg). These 17 wheels and tires are only a few pounds heavier than the stock 16s, but the improvement in looks more than makes up for it IMO! Really adds a touch of class and the 17 Yokos really help the handling as well. Yes, the TCH does actually handle pretty well for a softly sprung, stock suspension MPG kind of car!
BTW, major kudos to Eyekutr (Rudy) for the outstanding deal and perfect condition wheels...just as he said in his ad! I highly recommend him if anyone is looking for a nice set of wheels!

Welcome to the site! Do a search for his username and then you can PM him. Tell him I sent you and ask him what he has available. He has different wheels at different times, but if you like the ES350 wheels like I have just let him know.

If you stare at the 2nd pic and near the rear (plus the rear wheel) long enough, it looks like an LS
