07 TCH front bumber cracked in half no collision anyone else?

no collision, just over the course of a tough winter here is chicago and lots of potholes in early spring, what started as a small hairline fracture of the bottommost front fender area right in the middle is now a bigger crack and looks nasty.
In my office building i noticed an 07 camry LE with a small hairline fracture same spot on the bottom fender area, dead center (where its most thin), it is probably not noticeable to the driver of that vehicle at this point.
Does anyone else have the same issue, has Toyota put anything out about this, i called the dealer and he didnt know squat! Please help
