Golf clubs?

We have an '00 Camry and I'm sure you know it has a spacious trunk. The car is getting tired so we're thinking about a new TCH. What do the batteries do to the trunk space? Will it hold two golf bags an a couple of overnight bags? Any reliable mpg figures for mainly highway driving? TIA

I went to Montana in my '08 TCH and was able to take 2 Sun Mountain 3.5 carry bags plus 2 large suitcases and a laptop backpack. It was a very tight squeeze.

You can fit 2 golf bags in the trunk with no problem. You can a couple of small bags along with them. The batteries do take space, but the trunk is still fairly deep, which helps. I had the same concerns before we bought ours.

My 45" driver in a carry bag barely fits across the trunk. I can fit about 3 carry bags in there (never had to try 4 bags yet). But if I put my staff bag in the trunk, there is very little room for anything else.
