I wanted to see what people are paying for a TCH currently. Please list the price you paid for the car only (including destination, but do not include taxes, doc. fees, title, etc.). Also list what year and packages you got.

I will be curious on the feedback you get........I ordered through a local dealer in the Minneapolis area. We are supposed to see a car towards the end of June. The car now has MSRP of 31,569 (went up 300)...the price we had agreed to was 29,228. I expect the dealer will want to pass on the MSRP price increase...........do not yet know though. Car has Navigation Pkg and includes CQ, FE, CF, LA, SR, UT
A couple of months ago you could get TCH and Prius for under invoice. But, that is not the case anymore. But, I am hearing you can get the TCH still around invoice. But, I have not found any in the Chicagoland doing that. I wouldn't mind driving a bit to get that kind of deal though.
Bought mine Jan. 31 for $1000 under invoice. Approximately $29,300. Fully loaded with nav system. Was at the dealer last week and he said they are not discounting TCH's anymore. There is a 4 week wait.
Price when trading is a little more difficult, but I was shown 2400 off of sticker. Trade price was in the average range for the 03 Envoy I traded. This, only a couple weeks ago. Ours is a Silver/gray with upgrade pack and sunroof. No Nav(have a Garmin for that!) or leather.

Don't you mean $1000 under MSRP (sticker)? The reason I ask is that I paid right around invoice for mine back in Feb. '08 and it was just under $28k for my fully loaded TCH.
Yeah, with the increase in gas prices, the hybrids are a hot commodity! Not sure about the supply now, but there were plenty when I bought mine.
On the other hand, you can get some GREAT deals on behemoth SUVs right about now...

I am a bit worried that trade in value of the Prius will be better than the TCH. What do you all think? I have a dealer in the area willing to do invoicve + $1500. But, I want invoice + $1000.
Bought mine May 30 2008 (less than 2 weeks ago)
was a deal of $1600 off MSRP from Capital One in LA but I live in San Diego
took the deal to dealer and got $1300 off instead.
ended up with $24,809 (before the $400 credit I got for having a master's diploma when I financed with Toyota), basic pure TCH Silver, dealer said they're in high demand behind the long wait list for the Prius, bought mine the day the car was shipped to the dealer and had the pre-sale inspections done.
We got ours about 3 weeks ago. We paid $33,380 all told. That included a extended warranty (overpriced at $1600, already cancelled), 8% Cal sales tax, Cal DMV fees. We did it through AAA with was $750 over 'dealer' invoice. You know the one, with all the advertising, hold back, etc. It is a fully loaded TCH.
