My $3 grill

Decided that a little chrome edging would make a decent looking lower grill. 10 feet for about $14.

Looks great for a $3 makeover.

Did you buy the chrome online? (URL please). What do you think of those chrome kits for the door handles? I'm thinking of getting a set from eBay. I saw a set for the SMART KEY version for about $50 + shipping.

Looks Very Nice - adds to the front appearance. Where did you get it and how easy/well did it attach...

Thats true. Bought 10 feet for $14.99. Measure and cut. Peel off the backing and stick it on.

Nice job!
What I want to find is a chrome "trunk bar" for mine...you know the piece above the license plate. Had one on my Lexus and it looked sharp.

I have the same stuff on my lower grille as well, it really makes the car stand out more. The all black lower grille was just too plain for me.

Here you go, I just bought a Putco "trunk bar" for my TCH off E-bay... Here's a link to the Putco site so you can see it...

http://www.putco.com/product/Tailgat...le/part/403627

I also purchased Putco's Chrome Door Handle Overlays, with Button "cut outs" shown here....

http://www.putco.com/product/Door_Handle/part/400091

I am considering adding the Chrome Tail Light Covers but I think they may be too much "bling" on the tail....

http://www.putco.com/product/Tail_Light/part/400855

There are a lot of vendors selling these items, from several manufactures, on E-Bay. I went with Putco brand as I know from past experience they make a quality product. Some of the E-Bay vendors offer cheaper products but I wanted something that will last...

You're buying the 1/4" stuff, right? I only found a 20 foot roll there...

You're right, it is 20 feet. It must have been the bigger sizes that were 10 feet.

Thanks for sharing that link. I always wanted that chrome on the rear ever since I saw the Camrys in Asia that are quite different from the US versions.

Check out the Asian Camrys I saw in Thailand: Notice the differences in: Bumper; Side Moldings; Headlamps; Grill; Fog/Driving Lights. And most of all, the Side View Mirrors with turn signal. These also fold/unfold with ignition on/off. I WANT THEM!!!!
