Streaks

I have a new 2009 WHITE TCH just purchased in May. I have been dismayed with continual black streaks down the paint. The streaks appear below the outside mirrors and some on the rocker panel below the doors. It appears after rain or washing of the car and apparently comes from the black rubber molding. I am NOT auto minded so does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent the rubber moldings from making these black streaks down the clean white car? Does anyone else have this problem. This is especially noticeable on WHITE!

I get the same streaks on mine. Usually have to use wax to get them off.

This appears to be common on white/silver vehicles left out in the rain. Happens on my white '08 RX400h all the time. It is annoying but the streaks wipe away with a damp cloth using little effort.

This is my first white vehicle in 22 years and I'll take the "black streak problem" any day over trying to keep a darker color clean over the entire paint surface.
