Voice Recognition

Our TCH keeps saying "pardon" when either my wife or I try and use the Bluetooth to make a phone call. Same when we were entering phone numbers and we just gave up with the voice feature and manually entered numbers.

I think the problem is with the adjustment of the sensitivity of the microphone or the "send voice level". I have found how to adjust this on a TCH with NAV, but this one does not have the NAV package.

Does anyone know how to get into the setup screens for adjusting the send voice levels?

Nothing shown in the service manual other than how to check for error codes that may have been set...
