I am very attentive to maintenance of all sorts... I have had extended warranty on my past 2 cars (96 Dodge Caravan ES and 03 Saturn Vue - I still own this Vue junk) and the warranty MORE than paid for itself... I believe in Toyota quality but are there electronics so complex that it is necessary to get a warranty? Thanks... Mark Midlothian, VA
