I have had this happen a couple of time and I use a good cleaner/wax very gently and it all came off.

I used simonoz cleaner/wax for the lighter stuff and TR3 for the more stubborn paint.

Don't sand unless you have, see if the cleaner/wax does the job.

Always start out with the most mild stuff you can, you can always work up.

Kinda depends on what kind of paint you went through.

For Latex, Goof-off will do a decent job; just make sure you wax the areas afterward, and don't go overboard. Magic Eraser will work on fenderwells, but I wouldn't recommend it for the shiny areas, as it's abrasive. Cleaner/waxes or dedicated cleaners or clay treatments may also help. Also, the longer the stuff stays on, the harder it will be to remove.

Acrylic enamel reducer will take off stubborn paint if you are careful. Use it sparingly and only for short periods at a time or it will soften up the paint you want to keep too. I used it to get off yellow road striping paint that was dry and hard. It took a little patience but it worked and you can't tell it was ever there.

I am just applying wet sanding if my car got a very deep scratch then that's the only time I'm going to use that Quixx stuff which is actually good for scratch removal.

Thanks guys , used some kerosene with a little elbowgrease and it came off. Then waxed it with some Zaino, came out great. Last week clayed car and it came out like glass with Mothers clay bar and some cleaner wax.
