o9 Leather Interior Question

Just picked up my o9 TCH with everything but nav. Ordered leather interior in Ash/Gray & white exterior. Car came in with gray on the dash & taupe/bisque colored door panels & seat leather with light colored carpet. Is this normal when ordering Ash leather? Anybody got one with Ash/Gray that could shoot me some pics of theirs? When we questioned the sales guy he said everyone says that the seats don't look gray. Thanks!

Bisque will have a light grey (almost with a hint of beige) on the darker parts of the dashboard (i.e. the upper dash and door panels) as seen in the picture above. Ash interior will have a darker grey upper panel. It's kinda hard to explain but when you see the two, it's noticeable.

The best way to check the driver's side door panel placard. I recall someone saying that you can tell the interior colour from some serial number (e.g. 04/07 or something like that).

Thanks for the replys. Called another dealer's parts dept. & gave them the vin# Somehow they were able to tell me that it is indeed the Bisque interior instead of gray as ordered. I called the dealership back, explained that I wasn't given what I ordered & asked what was going to be done about it? [Would have liked to be a fly on the wall when they figured out they messed up.] They told me to bring it back & they would gladly refund my money or give me a bunch of free services to keep the car, as it was was their mistake. I choose to return it. They are now trying to locate the proper car at another dealer, [hopefully] or they said they would still honor my original pricing & reorder another. We had our first car in about six weeks from order date & they said they could probably get another in the same time frame if they had to order it. We really didn't want the light colored interior as it's too hard to keep clean. Will keep everyone posted as to what happens.

Bisque

Bisque is much better looking interior than just grey on grey. Believe me, my last car was grey inside and it gets old VERY fast.
